The Challenge:

We've been growing and are really excited to be on the lookout for someone who's keen to join us and learn how Adobe markets and sells Creative Cloud and Document Cloud! Our team focuses on Adobe's Business customers in ANZ and delivering the best experience to them to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Most of our large customers prefer to purchase through Adobe's Partners and you'll be helping us by profiling them to find opportunities before building and running campaigns across marketing, enablement and sales.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop deep know-how of Adobe’s Digital Media solutions, GTM strategy, pricing, and licensing programs
  • Build a strong understanding of our channel network, and why Adobe's partners and distributors are so meaningful to us
  • Identify and implement special projects across partner enablement, marketing campaigns and sales generation within Adobe's Partners

What you need to succeed:

  • Currently enrolled and will be completing your final year in a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in 2022
  • Able to work a minimum of 4 days per week for six months
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a high-performance sales culture with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Data-driven with strong attention to detail and ability to excel within a matrix team structure
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, especially through Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong team orientation and the ability to establish rapport within a diverse ecosystem
  • An open mind, not to be afraid to challenge the status quo by being proactive and creative in brainstorming ideas and tackling projects!

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud products.

Role: Analysing data + insights to reflect and review past and present performance, predict future performance, and build strategies around this to add value to and improve business. Day to day responsibilities vary on the work I'm doing and certain deadlines/ events that are on, however I work through juggling meetings with my team and other internal stakeholders, working on projects independently, checking in with my manager, setting aside time to upskill through training courses (very useful as I use a lot of software/ technical skills and am still early in my career).
