The hiring process is quite relaxed and informal, there is an assessment centre that can take place either individually or as a group. People pop in and say hello and are open to answering any questions you may have.

I thought the application and interview process was much simpler and more reasonable than other consultancies. There was only 1 interview, and it was in-person. There was an online test that was relatively short (~30mins)

The questions are pretty general, the hiring managers just genuinely want to understand your experience and who you are - there are no confusing or handball questions it is a pretty straight forward hiring process.
