The Opportunity 

When you join the Arriba Groups Graduate Academy you will enter an intensive six-month graduate development program that is designed to build your capabilities in preparation for an exciting career, whilst providing real and rewarding experiences. 

The program involves best-practice blended learning techniques to maximise professional and personal development. The Arriba Academy provides essential tools and training to ensure you achieve career success through mentoring, peer support and e-learning. Through this program, you will be supported to develop the skills required to comfortably manage a varied NDIS caseload.

Essential skills and experience

  • You will soon be completing or have recently completed Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
  • A passion for working with people with a disability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to engage people from all backgrounds
  • Demonstrated commitment to person-centred approaches
  • The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
  • A current Australian driverโ€™s licence and satisfactory police check to meet the requirements of the role
