What we Offer

Our Asahi Commercial Graduate program provides a fun and varied 12-month journey across our commercial business divisions. Our goal is to unlock your full potential, allowing you to continue your journey of development. You will have the opportunity to deep dive into some of our core functions to learn about how our business comes together to produce and sell some of our most iconic brands.

Some key highlights of being a Commercial Graduate with Asahi Beverages include:

  • Cross-functional Journey - Rotating throughout our commercial functions, you could be working in marketing, sales, central supply or pricing to name a few. This will help you explore your interests and builds a strong foundation across multiple functions.
  • Networking Opportunities - Exposure to different departments will help you grow your network. You will be dealing with managers, colleagues and fellow graduates from different backgrounds and disciplines. This will enable you to build valuable professional relationships and gain exposure to potential mentors and future career opportunities.
  • Personal & Professional Development - We provide you with on-the-job training, projects and ongoing learning and development opportunities. At the end of the program, you will possess a well-rounded skill set and a broad understanding of our business functions. Our graduates receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals, enabling them to grow and progress in their careers.

About You

Throughout the application process, we strive to get to know the real you. We want to know what makes you your best, what you are passionate about and what you can bring to our organisation. The ‘About You’ section really should be written by you; we don’t have set guidelines.

Some things we’re interested in finding out:

  • Your Capabilities – We want to see what you can do, how you think and how you develop. This could be shown in many ways including how you communicate, how you analyse and solve problems or through your innovative thinking.
  • Your Experiences – Tell us what your life journey has been like so far and what the key highlights were. How did you adapt during your study? Were you involved in any university groups or were you working whilst studying?
  • Your Traits – What are your natural tendencies and what are you passionate about? Are you flexible, do you work effectively in team environments, do you assist in fostering an inclusive working environment?
  • Your Drivers – What gets you out of bed every morning and helps you sleep at night? We would like to hear about your values, if you enjoy being challenged or what achievement looks like to you.

Eligibility

Our Commercial Graduate program is open to all applicants with an Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency who have graduated in the last two years or will be graduating this year.
