The Program 

As a Supply Chain Graduate with Asahi Beverages, you will embark on a fun and varied 12-month program across our business. We aim to unlock the potential of our graduates to be Supply Chain leaders through the development of intensive technical knowledge, whilst building your leadership capability. ​

You will spend time shadowing leaders, managing projects, and learning the essentials of each function, whilst having a tangible impact on our business.

Key elements of the program include:​

  • Plant End to End – develop an overall understanding of the manufacturing plant spending time in each department​
  • Technical Development – build technical expertise by completing an international diploma and undertaking on the job technical training & development​
  • Stretch projects - develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills by working on real business problems, recommending solutions and presenting your outcomes throughout the program​
  • Leadership Development – build leadership capability through both formal Leadership training and on the job experience​
  • Senior Leadership exposure – connect with and build relationships with Supply Chain senior leaders throughout the program​
  • Mentoring – ongoing career and professional development support with SME & leader mentors during the program

About You

A successful candidate for this role will:  

  • Have completed a relevant bachelor's or master’s degree with a graduation year of either 2021 or 2022
  • Have less than two years of full-time work experience
  • Be a New Zealand Citizen or permanent resident, currently residing in New Zealand

Currently just finished the graduate program and put into a role as a team leader with the following responsibilities; - Manager operators and shift trades - Enter things into SAP - Close orders - Escalate and troubleshoot problems
