There's absolutely no Ashurst "type". We want to actively involve a broad range of minds with a broad range of backgrounds, all united by a common set of strengths. These strengths include a passion for Ashurst, outstanding communication skills, analytical ability, commercial awareness, teamwork and resilience.
Receive an offer to Intern with Ashurst during January/February 2023.
The aim of our Internship is to expose you to as much real work as possible, and to help you to make an informed decision about whether the Ashurst 2023 IT Graduate Programme is the right opportunity for you.
But it's not all work! There's also a chance to get involved in understanding the different Legal practices through workshops, team-building events to understand how we work together, and social events to get to know our teams away from the bustle of daily life.
Ideally, Interns will join Ashurst from Monday, 23 January through to Friday, 17 February on a fixed-term, full-time basis. In addition to gaining valuable experience, working as an Intern presents an opportunity for you to join our Graduate Programme. We offer most of our graduate roles to people who have completed an internship in one of our offices.
If you secure a role in the Ashurst 2023 IT Graduate Programme, you will be part of a team that is involved in running the firm's technology and delivering programmes and IT projects from beginning to end. The programmes are closely tied to the strategic direction of the firm, as well as the policies and initiatives that are influenced and shaped by the change drivers.
Law students: In Queensland, Ashurst follows the Queensland Law Society guidelines.
