The variety of work and opportunities to partake in large roles
Consulting can be demanding when deadlines are looming. You'll have some late nights.
Being expected to sometimes work longer than the contract requirements. However, I believe this is the same at many consultancies.
Although the company is doing a better job communicating decisions and activity with the rest of the company, within teams maybe comms could be better. Nothing really to be disgruntled about at this stage.
There isn't a clear structure of career progression after the initial graduate program.
