Our Graduate Program is a challenging and rewarding way to kick-start a long-term career with us.
In Analytics, our people are finding the answers to some of Australia's biggest customer challenges. With rich data at your fingertips, you'll be joining a team of expert problem solvers who are unafraid of the unfamiliar.
You will work with exceptionally talented people experienced in machine learning and statistical analysis. In addition to this, our innovative and market leading technology solutions provide invaluable support for our clients as we help them lead their businesses to tomorrow.

Our Analytics stream offers an 18 month program commencing on 14 February 2022 and includes four rotations in areas such as Insights, Advanced Analytics, Data Science and Risk.
You will form part of a broader cohort under the Retail Banking Services stream, which also incorporates our Commercial and Digital Graduates. In addition to your three analytics rotations, you will get the opportunity to work with this broader cohort and get direct exposure to our customers through our branch network, call centres and through a unique Design Thinking experience.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU

We want you to leverage and champion our market leading technology platform so being digitally savvy is a must.
You will be detail oriented and be able to demonstrate critical thinking, but also be able to see the big picture. You are adaptable and ready to demonstrate your leadership skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as being commercially astute and passionate about customer service.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• You are an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident at the time of your application (essential);
• In your final year of your university degree or have graduated within the last 12 months (essential); and
• Achieving at least a credit average across your university degree (essential).
