The company is very open to the differences of each person.

I feel as though Empower is very diverse and does not discriminate based on gender, race or sexuality. Empower is very good with maternity leave and I believe they are very flexible with child care. Not so great at retention however this is an issue within the aged care sector generally, and I believe that they probably have a better retention rate than most aged care providers.

We try to form strong connections with all the different companies that provide support to people from different backgrounds.
