Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
The main administration offices are very cleanly, modern, comfortable and well stocked. If I am to provide any feedback if the on-site and remote offices could be better stocked that would be great. The teams out on-site are really deprived of resources. They also need better bathroom facilities for women as, even though women comprise a small percentage of most of our teams, this will encourage better pull through of women in our business. Our offices also need better facilities for mothers. We struggle to keep women in the business when they fall pregnant. Nursing or pumping rooms would be a great addition. The offices are also very cold and not always suited for working. I often work with gloves and a blanket. We need better access to our climate controls as this isn't the case in some of the head offices. The dress code is super flexible and we have access to a wide variety of company paid for uniform. Again though the on-site teams need greater access to uniform.

Located on site, the office is okay. We have a small team in the office so I suppose not much is required, but the main city offices are much nicer. Located well for me in terms of commuting, and there's a coffee machine so I can't complain. Dress code is hi-vis.

My office in Rydalmere isnt as great as other offices We had a cockroach infestation which took about 3 months to completely clear out There are leakages on the roof which has effectively damaged the ceiling boards as water stains are visible My current ceiling board over my work desk has a hole in it as it was destructed during heavy rainfall but cables and air conditioning ventilation is visible. We have a restriction on some facilities, admin actively hides these such as notebook and pens only recently we see a bit more in the cupboards. Other stuff such as workplace snacks like biscuits are banned as per finances choice as the inconsistent ordering of this supply caused the depo maintennace crew to take the box downstairs which caused high school conflict.

In a site office. Hi-Vis dress code and PPE

Offices are very average, nothing is wrong with them however from a company this big i would have expected them to be better

Site office is fine, power cuts out sometimes, internet used to cut out but now we have starlink. The city office is nice though and is great, but needs more desks.

The office space can be a little cramped at times with many people in the same building meaning a lot of offices are full. The location is in a construction depot with various FH business units in the same space with different offices. There is not a strict dress code, as the site also have construction zones, if you do enter those zones you are required to wear the appropriate PPE (long sleeves/pants, high-vis, capped boots and a hard hat), however if you are just in the office then any FH issued clothes are accepted.

Hi-vis in a site office. Pretty good set up for a site office - clean, spacious, free parking, have what I need

The site office amenities are generally good, with the dress code relatively casual. In the corporate office, the dress code is smart casual generally with good facilities.

In a large compound, given where we work nothing better could be expected.

The current office space is pretty good no complaints. High viz dress code to be able to go out to the site.

The dress code is generally smart casual. Employees that are required to must wear PPE clothing to fit the work place. The offices across the business area are functional but not glamourous. They appropriate workplaces that sometimes need a few more amenities. It really depends on the site location.

The office could be improved with better furniture.

Standard corporate / highviz attire is the norm Mon-Thurs. Friday is a little more casual. standard temporary site offices.

There are two main offices, Goodwood St in Richmond and Botanicca which is the corporate office. Botanicca and Goodwood have nice, formal dress codes. For example the dress codes are formal with shirts, chino pants and generally nice clothing acceptable. Also, people work on site in the site compounds, the dress code is PPE. This is made up of high Vis, Steel cap boots, long pants. Goodwood and Botanicca are located within central melbourne. Site compounds differ and are found all over Melbourne. Facilities are very good, with plenty of desks, monitors, nice kitchens, prayer rooms etc.

Offices are nice, has every resource you'll need and more. Only problem with office is aircons can be too cold (feels colder in winter for some reason). Dress code isn't strictly enforced but I do like to wear long sleeve collard shirts and dress pants, however people can wear polos and jeans.

Don't think I spend enough time in the office to comment on either of these.

As I am based on a larger scale site our office facilities are generally very good and kept up to standard by our staff.
