We are now on the look-out for a passionate, and committed Commercial Graduate to start their career journey in our business. This role will provide a final year student or recent Graduate, a rewarding opportunity on both a personal and professional level, to be part of a tailored development framework, where you can be inspired and learn from our skilled and experienced team members.

This role will suit someone who has a genuine interest in Commercial and/or Contracts Management as a career. This role will have you working at both office and site-level to assist our Contracts Manager and Project Managers. In turn, you will be developed and mentored by leaders who can expand your knowledge of commercial governance, risk management, client/subcontractor/supplier negotiations and T&C's.

Your contribution:

• Participate in scope of works planning and the procurement of subcontractors.
• Assist with contract reviews and negotiations with relevant internal stakeholders, including CEO and senior management team.
• Review tendering opportunities to ensure they are in line with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with drafting contractual notices and requests.
• Develop and prepare regular reports on the status of contracts.

Let’s connect:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Law, Commerce, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Good organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage and maintain great relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
• A good attention to detail and the ability to translate complex information into clear, simple language that everyone can understand.
• A high degree of enthusiasm and drive, with a strong desire to deliver positive outcomes.
