About us
At HLB Mann Judd Perth, you will have the opportunity to work with a firm that is big enough to have all the experience and knowledge and small enough to work with your clients and colleagues on a personal basis. You will be provided with a structured learning and development plan and a mentor/coach who will support you to ensure you reach your full potential, whilst also working with a friendly team.
Your role
With a focus on practical, on-the-job training, our graduate program is a fast-tracked learning experience to set you up for a successful career. We don’t believe in a one-size fits all approach and you’ll have a unique personal journey with HLB. Training & development
Our staff tell us that training and development support is one of the main reasons they love working at HLB. We offer graduates:

Our office is conveniently located on the vibrant Northbridge side of the Perth CBD. We are a short distance from the Perth City train station and within walking distance from some of the coolest bars, cafes, international cuisines, restaurants, and pubs. Our in-house kitchen area is well stocked with tasty snacks as well as coffee and an assortment of various teas.
We are a social bunch with an active social committee. There are lots of opportunities to give back through the many different community organisations we support. We also regularly hold team building events and activities.

The work-life balance, the strong team culture, the ability to work on various clients and engagements and the emphasis placed on learning & development.
The people. Getting to work with partners and directors even at a graduate level. You feel you are doing meaningful work that is helping you develop your skills and progress your career.
The workplace culture is great. All the staff are extremely nice, helpful and expect a reasonable quality of work from you but are also always willing to sit down and work through something with you.
The people! We have got the most wholesome, friendliest and the nicest people you can find and that just helps so much especially when you are starting your first professional job. The tone at the top really does make a difference because this quality is from partners right through to the cadets.
The wide variety of clients that we have access to work with directly. I have also formed a bond with a number fellow employees at the firm and the strong staff culture has really assisted this.
Well for me it is the commute to the office. It takes me 1 hour each way.
Having to complete timesheets.
As a graduate when it is very busy or there isn't much work to do often you may have to watch company training videos.
We deal with some larger clients with strict deadlines which can put some pressure on delivering tasks.
