The managers at Hood Sweeney are fantastic. They are always approachable regardless of how busy they are with their own work. They are committed to making you the best employee you can be and will always assist you if you would like further training/learning experience. The feedback and recognition is top level, the frameworks which are in place are excellent, allowing employees to be rewarded for their hard work, and feedback is provided on a regular basis.
