The Role
The Graduate Program focuses on your professional development, providing you with hands-on experience and exposure through a commercial rotation program in a successful and unique organisation.
Achieve career success beyond the 2-year Graduate Program that could see you advancing into roles anywhere within ITW where your contribution will be significant, strategic and at a high level.

You will be motivated, have strong communication and problem-solving skills, adaptable to change and have effective interpersonal skills. Your demonstrated leadership through extra-curricular activities will also give you an advantage.
You’re a high performing undergraduate or postgraduate student who has either recently obtained your university degree in a relevant discipline or be completing your studies in 2022. Double degrees will be highly regarded.

Meetings with key stakeholders internally/externally to discover insights to create solutions for the end-user within my project.
Product management: day to day tasks include market analyses, creation of marketing collateral, liaising with digital designers, development of brand strategy and planning, and identifying and creating NPD opportunities.
Varies with the rotation - in the past responsibilities included customer and end user engagement, product management, providing recommendations based on rotation pain points

Action to improve something is taken slowly.
A lot of reactive rather than proactive work, and recording of key data and work hasn't been done well over the years- having to go back and try collect and collate a lot of this now which can be complex and time consuming
