About our Engineering Grad role:

As a Graduate Engineer within Rolling Stock Asset Services (RSAS), you'll work with the team who manages the full life cycle of our rolling stock (locomotives, wagons and passenger cars) including fleet planning, engineering, procurement, commissioning, maintenance and asset management.

As part of the Graduate Programme, you will:

• Assist with project work as determined by your manager relating to your qualification, based on the needs of the business
• Provide generalist support in the delivery of projects and professional assignments
• Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the team to assist with project concepts, design and implementation

What you will need:

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechatronics)
• Have recently graduated (within the last two years) or be graduating for a start in early 2025
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• A curious, proactive, and innovative mindset
• Must be a New Zealand Citizen or Resident
