Join the Quality and Risk Management team as a Business Associate, delivering projects for international KPMG teams and clients.

Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Deliver and execute projects for international KPMG teams and clients.
  • Establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members through weekly meetings and calls.
  • Provide regular updates on work pipeline and discussions with onshore teams.
  • Utilize databases and conduct desktop research, including corporate registries and regulatory websites.
  • Comprehend, articulate, and mitigate risks based on regulations and international guidelines.
  • Assess, analyze, and document screening results with strong English writing skills.
  • Translate and summarize information into concise English reports using translation tools.
  • Identify potential risks and articulate mitigation strategies, escalating unmitigated risks timely.
  • Engage with stakeholders regarding delivery, SLAs, and urgent requests.
  • Collaborate with program leads and peers to ensure consistent support for onshore teams.
  • Conduct self-reviews on deliverables, ensuring adherence to SOPs and checklists.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A graduate degree from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute or a postgraduate diploma, preferably in commerce or finance.
  • Fresher or 1-2 years of business experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong delivery management skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Adaptability to dynamic environments with shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Personal drive and a positive work ethic to deliver quality results under pressure.
  • Understanding of risk-related frameworks such as AML or Anti-Bribery Corruption is advantageous.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
