About the Internship Program
At Laing O’Rourke, they’re committed to equipping their interns with the foundational knowledge and skills needed for success. As part of their comprehensive 12-week Internship Program, you’ll have the chance to work on a real project site during the summer. This will also allow you to experience working at Laing O’Rourke, get a sense of their culture and gain a better understanding of the job and future career pathway.

Here’s what you can expect when you join the Internship Program:
Following your internship, you will receive priority consideration for the 2026 Graduate Development Program. There may also be opportunities for you to remain in the business in a casual capacity while you complete your studies.
You will be required to complete an online application form and upload your CV and academic transcript (an online transcript is acceptable).
