Job Description
Help protect and strengthen L'Oreal Philippines' corporate reputation. You will co-drive social impact and sustainability programs, support internal and external communications, and brainstorm employee engagement activities.
- Create compelling and engaging content; must be adept in basic photo and video editing tools
- Assist in event planning and management
- Build strategic partnerships to expand our CSR programs
- Research and monitor news and government developments that may impact our activities
Ideal Background: Business Administration/Management Engineering/Marketing/Design

Cons
One recurring challenge is that projects sometimes experience delays due to lengthy internal approval processes.
It can't be helped, but there will be instances where you'll be dealing and handling multiple projects at once which are due in a few weeks time.
Currently, the office is uninspiring... we're in an old building with outdated designs.
L'Oréal is a fast-paced environment with incredibly high standards, which is motivating, but can also be demanding at times.
Too flexible to the point where overtime is becoming a norm.
