Pros and cons of working at Forvis Mazars Australia

Pros

  • Mazars is great! Everyone is so friendly and supportive, right from the first day you will feel as though you have been part of the team for years!

  • Everyone is friendly and happy to help out at any time. Good work life balance, work is not overly demanding. Seniors and managers always available to help in any way possible.

  • I have really enjoyed the work environment here. I was concerned leaving my old job that the culture would be very work focused, and I'm glad to see that while everyone cares about their work, there's also a big focus on mental health and keeping a healthy work/life balance.

  • Updated and continuous monthly training

  • Supportive colleagues

Cons

    • Pressure of time management
