Your Role

As an insurance claims professional, you will play a crucial role in disaster recovery following catastrophic events such as earthquakes, fire, cyclones, cyber-attacks and tsunamis. McLarens offers an opportunity to be selected to join our unique traineeship program. You will receive hands-on experience in everything from inspecting and evaluating damage to interpreting insurance policies and assisting with the settlement of insurance claims.

During this 12-month intensive program, you will learn from experienced Adjusters while being exposed to major and complex claims across a vast array of industries. In addition to on-the-job development, you will also be provided with structured internal and external training opportunities while being part of a global business.

While knowledge of the insurance industry is ideal, there are no qualification prerequisites as this is an entry-level role. We welcome applicants with experience in a broad range of industries and disciplines.
