2021/2022 Wealth Management Summer Analyst Program - Sydney (Nov 2021)

Our Summer Analyst Program is designed to provide a realistic view of Wealth Management by having a Summer Analyst for 10 weeks. During this time, you will gain exposure to multiple departments within the Wealth Management advisory business. This will give you a comprehensive understanding of how we deliver services and solutions to help our clients manage their wealth.

The program culminates with you being aligned to a group of accredited Financial Advisors who provide strategic investment advice to individuals and institutions. Along the way, you will obtain a strong foundation in the basic skills of financial planning and advice. You will be shown how we market the Firm's products and services effectively.

This intensive 10-week program includes a Firmwide orientation to Morgan Stanley's businesses, followed by rotations through the various Wealth Management departments including Platforms, Risk, Research, Compliance and Marketing. Your training will continue throughout the summer with structured learning sessions run by senior executives. Similarly, you will have many opportunities to integrate with peers and senior staff through a series of networking, social, charity and mentoring events.
