Your role

Multiplex Australia's Graduate and Cadet program has a reputation for being one of the industry's most comprehensive. They are known for developing well-rounded, broad-thinking Graduates who go on to become future leaders of our business, including their CEO.

While working on a variety of iconic projects, you will undertake a comprehensive development program with on-the-job rotations and structured learning designed to build your technical and behavioural skills. In the process, you'll enjoy a dynamic working environment where no two days are ever the same.

You will be rotated through modules in Safety, Environment, Quality, Document Control, Site Supervision, Design, Services, Planning and Programming, and Contracts Administration, and given access to some of the best and most experienced people. With operations around the world, they are also able to offer mobility opportunities both interstate and internationally.

About you

Multiplex Australia are looking for Graduates and Cadets who are ready to outperform, who challenge themselves and others to do more or better to fulfil potential and achieve their purpose to construct a better future.

If this sounds like you, and you have studied a degree in Construction Management/Building, Engineering, Quantity Surveying/Cost Planning, Architecture/Design or another related degree, they would love to hear from you!

They commence their Graduates and Cadets at various stages of the year, between July 2024 and January 2025.

  • If you apply for the position of Cadet', you are applying for casual work whilst currently undertaking study. 
  • If you apply for the position of Graduate', you are applying for full-time work and have recently graduated or are graduating in 2024.
