As a National 360 Graduate, you will work within a truly multidisciplinary team to learn and apply holistic approaches to therapy.
Why Join National 360 as a Graduate?
Our Program has been specifically designed for Graduates and Early Career Therapists who want to work within the NDIS, aged care and insurance sectors within a community setting. We tailor caseloads in consideration of your preferences and areas of interest, and we will work with you to develop a long-term career plan to advance your career with National 360.
The twelve-month Program commences with a 12-week induction to introduce you to our organisation, your peers, supervisors, and Leadership Team, as well as the industries that we work within and the clients, community partners, and families who we work with. You can expect to be supported every step of the way. Your immediate circle of support will include your Team Leader, Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Educator and your grad peers.

The Total Remuneration Package (TRP) for Graduate positions is $86,060.00.
