About the job

Our Nutrien Ag Solutions 2023 Agribusiness Graduate Program will provide the skills and training you need to be a future leader in the agriculture industry. The program is designed for top talent who seek a performance-based culture that is built on integrity, safety, inclusion, community, performance, and innovation.

 

Commencing in February 2023, our 24-month program will see you will join a cohort of other ambitious Graduates. You will learn directly from Nutrien Ag Solutions leaders, join a global community of more than 23,000 employees, and travel to various regional locations to see exactly how our products and services work. As a Nutrien Ag Solutions Graduate you will be adding value as a full-time permanent employee from day one; doing real work and delivering real results.

 

Designed to broaden your knowledge of how an agribusiness operates the 24-month program includes:

 

• Accelerated learning opportunities to kick start your career inagriculture
• Professional networking opportunities to allow you to socialize with your peers and leaders across the business.
• Professional development opportunities to grow your business, communication, problem-solving and
• data-analysis skills.
• Supportfrom business and industry leaders to develop personally and professionally. 
• Regional placement opportunities for corporate agribusiness graduates undertaken two times for two weeks each to help live and breathe our values and passion for the agricultural industry.

 

At the conclusion of the 24-month program, Nutrien Ag Solutions Agribusiness Graduates will continue to add value to our company and their relevant team in an ongoing full time capacity.

To be considered for the 2023 Agribusiness Graduate Program, you will graduate in 2022 (or no longer than 3 years ago) with a degree in either Agribusiness, Finance, IT/Technology, Insurance, or any other Business-related degree and be able to demonstrate customer service, problem solving and leadership capabilities.

 

 In addition:

 

• You will demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills and a passion for agriculture.

Have I demonstrated leadership in university and extra-curricular activities?  Did I graduate with a credit average or higher?
