Your Future Team
In the Energy Transition M&A Deals team, you’ll find yourself in a culture that values curiosity, collaboration and critical thinking. Together with your peers, you will develop solutions for challenges such as assisting an offshore mid-sized company that is looking to invest in Australia but lacks familiarity with the Australian market and potential acquisition targets. ET Deals will offer a comprehensive market overview, a market scan of acquisition targets, and lead advisory services throughout the buy side process.The team will structure co-development agreements and oversee the development process until the project is sufficiently mature to attract capital. Subsequently, ET - Deals will assist in identifying, approaching, and negotiating with appropriate debt and equity investors. You'll use problem-solving, integrity and a growth mindset to make an impact across the renewable energy industry including wind energy, electric vehicles and more. Along the way, you’ll build relationships and skills to set you up for a lifetime of success.
What will a normal day look like?
As a graduate in Energy Transition M&A Deals, you’ll need a degree in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Business, Law or Engineering. You’ll also need to be either an AU citizen, NZ citizen, AU Permanent Resident or an international student with a work rights visa.
The anticipated start date is February, 24th, 2025.
