About Us
Using your skills in accounting and finance, in Workforce, you’ll combine specialist tax and analytical skills with a focus on people matters. Our team works across various areas, including fringe benefits tax (FBT), payroll tax, US tax, and payroll/wage compliance.
You'll be working with clients to ensure they meet their employment obligations while liaising with the ATO, state regulators, and the IRS. By following an end-to-end approach across design, implementation, and ongoing support, you'll help companies reward and incentivise their workforce and manage the tax risks and on-costs associated with paying their employees.
You will work with PwC organisational strategists, HR practitioners, and regulatory, tax, technology, and employment specialists to help our clients improve organisational performance, deliver sustained outcomes, and unleash the potential of their people.
What is the Trainee Program?
As a Trainee, you'll embark on a three-year journey of combined work and study with PwC. You'll join us as a full-time employee while you study part-time for two (2) years. You will take a break from full-time work to complete your degree in the third year!
Balance is important. That's why you'll receive one (1) day of paid study while you work four (4) days a week! This means you’ll receive a full-time salary while you study! As a trainee, you’ll combine your university studies with work experience to build the perfect foundation for your career, all while receiving professional and financial support in a full-time paid role.
