Raytheon Australia’s innovative and unique GradX program will see 10 undergraduates from varying disciplines join us in their last year of study, with a guaranteed full-time position upon completion of their degree and first year of the program.
GradX participants joining us in early 2025 will be assigned a senior Raytheon Australia mentor while they continue their final year of study.
Upon completing their degree, graduates take up their exciting roles and are supported through tailored learning, mentoring, and career development opportunities designed to advance their individual professional, technical, and leadership skills.

I am a graduate systems engineer. I assist with drafting engineering documents such as white papers, proposals etc. and I also review documentation such as assembly instructions. I assist with project management and supply chain tasks as well, including drafting hazard logs, and conducting customer visits and site visits.
