At Reckitt, we're driven by our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness and nourishment a right, not a privilege.

We’re a global business with operations in more than 60 countries and a community of more than 40,000 diverse, talented people all driven in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world.

Within our local Hygiene business, we strive to put people's lives and needs at the heart of our business through purpose-led initiatives across our portfolio from our Finish Water Waste campaign to our Glen20 partnership with Meals on Wheels (AU) & Red Cross (NZ).

Our business is dynamic, our teams are diverse, and our purpose, fight and compass have given us the freedom to make an impact by working & winning together. It's what drives us to keep trying when we face challenge and to always aim higher to make a real difference to the world using our brands whether it's Finish, Vanish, Pine O Cleen, Glen 20, Mortein or Airwick.

Our Supply Graduate Program:

Want to be at the heart of things? As a Supply Graduate with Reckitt, you'll have the freedom to influence and improve our supply chain at every step!

With complete involvement from the day one, you'll play a key role in allowing us to meet our commitments by working cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure we can supply to our customers on time and in full.

You'll build relationships and get involved in everything from launching new products, improving supply or reducing costs. The key focus will be on 'learning through doing' but with the support of our experienced supply team. The program is structured but flexible and typically runs over a two to three year period which will set you up for a global career within Reckitt.

Our graduate offering includes:

  • Rotations in Customer Demand Planning, Customer Collaboration, Logistics and New Product Development.
  • Fast tracked progression.
  • Excellent practical learning & activity, supported by global development programs.
  • Exposure across several areas of each function.
  • Recognition for strong performance.
  • Mentor & buddy support.

You'll succeed because…

…you're a natural relationship builder, able to collaborate and lead joint activities with all your stakeholders. You're comfortable with technology and are naturally curious with an excellent ability to objectively and independently come to conclusions. You're good with numbers. You're an analytical and creative problem solver, able to evaluate and resolve issues. Above all, you're a self-starter that thrives in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

You'll love it because…

…you'll have the freedom to make a difference. You'll put your own ideas into practice. The products you get out there will allow people to live healthier lives and have happier homes. And our dynamic, ownership-driven culture will bring the very best out of you, every day.
