Our Commercial Graduate Program is designed to develop individuals to be future leaders of Reckitt. 

The Reckitt Future Leader Program runs over 3 years. As a Future Leader (Graduate) you will have a minimum of 2 rotations between our commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, eCommerce), determined on Business needs.

Your first role as a Commercial Graduate will be on the Sales team, as a National Account Executive for the Pharmacy or the Grocery Team

As a National Account Executive…you will assist the National Account Managers and Team Leader in delivering on Reckitt’s KPI’s (Net Revenue, Gross Margin and more), whilst providing administrative support to the team. 

This development role aims to increase understanding and awareness of account management practices & customer/internal sales procedures so you will have daily interaction with the Customer Account Team, as well as Marketing and more. 

Your role will also include...

  • Sales Management reporting (standardised reports daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Managing internal systems to track orders; access warehouse stocks; check invoices online; conduct price surveys, promotional pricing monitoring and promotional deal monitoring
  • Providing sales trend insights to the business team along with recommendations regarding Pricing & Promotional strategies
  • Posting promotional analytics including Return on Investment, validating current strategy or recommending ways to improve efficiencies.

You'll succeed if you...

  • Are commercially savvy
  • Have graduated within the last 3 years
  • Have completed a degree program with a minimum credit / B average
  • Are a Permenant Resident or Citizen of Australia or New Zealand
