Our Finance Graduate Program in the Hygiene side of the business is a 3 year program designed to provide our Graduates the opportunity to learn and develop their skills within Finance. As a Finance Graduate at Reckitt you’ll get real responsibility from day one and have the opportunity work on exciting projects with both internal and external stakeholders and to make your mark.
Our Graduate Program offers:
- Rotations in a array of areas across Finance, such as Financial Planning and accounting, Supply Finance, and Commercial (Sales & Marketing) Finance
- An opportunity to develop your analytical skills through practical learning, supported by global development programs
- An insight into working in a large FMCG organisation with real project timelines and deliverables
- Exposure to the full array of Finance roles & responsibilities

Essential Requirements
- You must have graduated in the last 3 years, i.e. 2021, 2020 or 2019.
- Completion of Finance/Accounting related degree with a minimum of credit average.
- Citizenship or Permanent Residency in Australia or New Zealand

Workload can be slightly overwhelming and the processes can definitely be a bit more streamlined.
