Here at Telstra, our purpose is to build a connected future so everyone can thrive.
The telecommunications industry is experiencing enormous growth; network traffic is growing faster than in any other period and digital technology is changing our world.
Our people are at the heart of this change – and as Australia's leading telecommunications and technology company, we're helping to make it happen by connecting people to their devices.
Our paid, 12-week program, which starts in November this year, has been specifically designed to give you hands-on work experience as well as immersive development and learning opportunities.
It also feeds into our Telstra Graduate Program, which means if you're one of our top performers you'll be considered for early offers.
We're looking for graduates who have the right technical skills and education in Finance and business.
You'll need to be a great communicator, a team contributor and someone who likes to solve complex problems. See what other skills and experiences we're looking for on the Telstra Careers website.
Even though you'll be applying for a corporate graduate role, you'll support the cutting-edge work we're doing in areas such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Software Defined Networks, 5G, cybersecurity, drone technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and other emerging technologies.
Our Summer Internship Program is open to university students who are in the penultimate year of their studies of a minimum three-year undergraduate degree from an Australian university or those undertaking their master's degree. So, you will need to be graduating in 2023 to be eligible.
International Students who have a valid visa that enables them to work in Australia without any work restrictions are eligible to apply to our technical pathways.
We're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce in all its forms. We encourage applicants from diverse gender, cultural and linguistic backgrounds and applicants who may be living with a disability. We also offer flexibility in all our roles, to ensure everyone can participate.
