From loading content on The Warehouse website to generating actionable insights from digital platforms and improving the online customer experience, the role will cover a multitude of digital tasks. Other responsibilities will see you assist with reporting, along with helping accelerate our categories online. You will be using platforms like dynamic yield, and Google Analytics with the opportunity to learn marketing automation and advertising platforms too. We can train on all the above, but our attitude and passion are everything – we want someone who is passionate about delivering a personalised digital experience and continuously innovating how we show up for our customers. Balancing business needs and solving customer problems will be at the heart of what you do. We will rely on your ease to change gears quickly, along with your ability to get into the detail when required while maintaining a ‘big picture focus.
The role sits within the Marketing, Digital &eComm Chapter Area (and reports to a Digital Specialist Chapter Lead); you will be allocated to a squad, where you will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team. You will be joining a cohort of Digital Specialist Chapter Members that are spread across the wider business, so there is the comradery, knowledge sharing, and learning/development opportunities that come hand in hand with joining our Digital Specialist chapter.
First and foremost are your excellent communication skills, as this role will see you work cross-functionally with a range of internal stakeholders at all levels. Your self-sufficient nature and drive to contribute means you work effectively, both independently and collaboratively to deliver your best work and commercial results for the business. You will have a passion for putting the customer first, coupled with a willingness to own problems and find the best solution

Forecasting sales, setting budgets. Loading promotions.
Creation of jobs, screening, shadowing lots of different areas such as phone screening, engaging in a wide array of meetings, solving queries from store managers. Editing job advertisements, working on a self-mangaged project.
My daily tasks involved basic admin work. Once the admin tasks were completed each morning my day to day responsibility's would change depending on what project I was working on. It focused most on sustainably & improving customer experience.
