The Graduate Program is targeted at accelerating your development preparing you to take part in some of the largest developments in the National Electricity Market's history.
As a TransGrid Graduate, you will assist in undertaking modelling, analysis, and provision of recommendations for high voltage transmission system developments to ensure TransGrid's strategies and objectives are met. This includes authoring or reviewing robust technical reports, developing network models, documenting sound forecasts and streamlining efficient planning processes.
You will undertake rotations in key business areas within Network Planning and Operations with access to internal and external development opportunities to enhance professional knowledge and skills. These rotations will help you create an invaluable network that helps you learn, grow, and develop.
