Overview of the role:

The role of a graduate will give you a combination of formal learning and development, and practical experience in order to develop all the skills required to enable you to progress your career in your chosen pathway.

How this role contributes to the overall success of the organisation:

This role will create a foundation for success in the future, learning about the key commercial principles, procurement and buying strategies, commercial mechanisms and contracting arrangements. You will learn how to intelligently engage with suppliers and deliver success for our clients. Structure and timeline (e.g. rotations, onboarding process):

Two years structural program to achieve all competencies, Mid - April closing of online applications, May - June screening by HR, July - September will be two to three different stages of interview assessment including group activity and 10 - 15 minute presentation. November will proceed with candidate care and graduate onboarding process.

Training and development provided:

Graduate will receive leading, recognised training to become chartered with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) plus wider training in behaviours to become a true leader.

Eligibility criteria: 

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field 
  • Right to live and work in Australia / New Zealand
  • Clear motivation for the construction industry 
  • Clear motivation for joining Turner & Townsend and pursuing a career in the discipline you are applying for 

Other details:

Will spend a minimum of three to four days a week in the office, depending on project deliverables, flexible to discuss.
