The Opportunities

Finance – Accounting or Commerce

Being a Finance Graduate is a great way to develop valuable skills and experience required to build a successful career in Finance. The team gets involved in a range of activities that include; month end close processes, generating insightful reporting that drives action for profitability improvement, preparing volume and margin forecasts, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets as well as financial modelling and business analysis.  If you want to gain meaningful career experiences in these areas, this is the role for you!

Supply and Trading - Business – Accounting or Commerce

An amazing opportunity to begin your career in an extremely rewarding global supply chain operations. A Graduate opportunity is available within our Supply commercial team which has accountability for Viva Energy’s supply and non-customer commercial arrangements. The team also plays a central role in delivering and improving costs of good supplied, supply revenue streams and supply costs as well as maximising bottom line value through commercial integration of Viva Energy’s business activities.

People and Culture - Human Resources

Joining the People and Culture (P&C) team is a fantastic opportunity to build the foundation skills required for a successful career.  The People and Culture team is highly capable and collaborative and supports a highly complex and diverse business that will transition to producing lower carbon energy products for our customers.  Working for such a diverse business means the P&C team gets to work across the full spectrum of people related activities such as business partnering, operations and payroll, remuneration, organisational development, employee experience, attraction and selection, industrial relations and work cover. 

Consumer 

The Consumer team strives to be the number one choice for retail customers. Fuelled by customer insights, their vision is to create the highest performing and most efficient fuel and convenience retail network in Australia.

Pricing Team - Business and Commerce

A great opportunity for a Graduate who thrives in a dynamic fast paced environment.  In this Graduate role you will work with the team that sets the strategy for competitive fuel pricing for our national Coles Express Retail network. 

Marketing Team - Marketing

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Consumer Marketing team and build the foundation skills required for a successful career in Marketing.  As a Shell Licensee, the team is responsible for Shell branded consumer marketing including, advertising, sponsorships, digital and customer engagement.
