The program runs from late November to February for 10 weeks and gives you the opportunity to be considered for the graduate program.
CIB, which sits within Westpacโs Institutional Bank, focuses on understanding the needs of our institutional and government clients to support them through their lifecycle, whether that be to provide financing and solutions for growth opportunities, to assist in navigating through times of change, or simply just to support their financial wellbeing.
Eligibility
You can apply if youโre in the second last (penultimate) year of your degree AND you are an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident.
What you can expect
A ten week rotation through an industry team (Property, Consumer & Industrials, Financial Institutions/Public Sector/Health, Energy Infrastructure & Resources) with exposure to product teams such as Syndications & Sustainable Finance, Project Finance, Structured Finance, Trade Finance, Asset Finance and Acquisition & Leverage Finance.
