You will develop your future ready skills across a diverse range of projects within the built environment. You will help your peers and managers in conceptual design and engineering, project management and stakeholder engagement. This is your chance to work with industry leaders to make an impression and influence the designs of the future within the local and greater national community we live in today.

At WSP, we are committed to nurturing and developing the next generation of diverse Changemakers through mentorship and structured development programs.
