I think that diversity at Degnan is very evident as they are very inclusive to the groups described above

More workers from ethnic background are being recruited lately. Even though, there are efforts to hire more women in construction, the retention rates are very low.

Degnan does this by having an inclusive attitude to people of all backgrounds which illustrates that the company does not discriminate any individual and is very inclusive

We have social inclusion and diversity policies and targets to achieve. In most cases we will use contractors who directly support the less privileged and offer our time for free.
