What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?

I think for entry level, the pay is on the lower side compared to other companies in the private sector. We get good super but don't receive any bonuses.

The pay at QR while reasonable is certainly at the lower end considering graduates in the power indsutry earn significantly more.

We are remunerated very well here at Queensland Rail and don't think we receive bonuses.

We get paid very well for what we do and the free train travel is a very nice bonus to have. I think I am paid very well for someone who is 3 years out from university graduation.

Free train travel. That's about it.

Free rail travel, Discounts to a number of gyms and sporting facilities across Queensland, and many other benefits which I have yet to explore.

Free train travel to and from work. Outside of work hours you can get half priced train travel for yourself, partner and dependents. We also have the fitness passport where you have discounted access to many different gyms, pools, etc. for you, partner and dependents.
