We work our 8 a.m.–4 p.m. hours and are not expected or encouraged to work overtime, which means great work-life balance! The people are great, supportive, and want you to take every development opportunity relevant to our roles. The communication between teams within QR can vary, as there are many people who love to talk about what they do and are super passionate and helpful, and then there are some teams that are really difficult to communicate with. Sometimes we struggle with silos within the organization. I report up to a team leader, who reports to their manager, who reports to the senior manager, who reports to the CFO, and who reports to the CEO.
