I think it�s fantastic that we are getting involved with the new GLEE initiative and white ribbon etc, childcare compensation, camps etc. Some of this doesn't impact me directly, but I believe its a fantastic offering & appearance for Sanofi and its employees.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?

They run a program with the Smith Family each year for disadvantaged high school students so they can see what happens in the corporate workplace and encourage them to work hard to apply here in the future.
