What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?

For a junior marketer, the pay is very good, but for good reason. The job is highly complex and can be quite demanding at times. Being new, I am not too familiar with the bonuses.

Average. Benefits are very standard and catered towards people with family. Nothing that benefits graduates and younger professionals. No bonuses and salary increase in the second year although they promised salary renegotiation.

I have heard that Sanofi is below industry pay, but I feel I have been well looked after so at this stage, it is not of concern to me.

Lots of training and development opportunities, ability to work from home, team building experiences

Travel and conference benefits. But part of work. Relocation expense if you move states. Free vaccines, hospital fee reimbursement

Car allowance (for head office too) which gets added to the base salary. It's across the industry, but I think it�s a luxury when we stay in hotels for strategy meetings & conferences etc.
