Responsibilities

- Manage Recruitment Assignments: Handle various recruitment processes, including posting job ads, searching databases, and interviewing candidates.
- Fill Jobs: Match the right candidates to the right jobs, ensuring satisfaction for both clients and candidates.
- Business Development: Use sales and marketing techniques to attract new clients and arrange meetings.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive and enthusiastic team.
- Event Coordination: Help organize client meetings and events to build stronger connections.
