Pros & Cons
The culture is absolutely amazing at Sharp & Carter. Although I have only been with the company for a short amount of time, I have felt very welcomed by the kind and friendly team.
Very supportive team, flexible work arrangements, social events, opportunities for career progression.
The office is great and the location is central to everything. Nothing to complain about.
Managers are always accessible, some are good mentors, and they always praise the good work that you do.
Sharp & Carter is extremely accommodating with hours, as an intern they have been very flexible with my varied schedule.
As a graduate, it would be good to have a more tailored program and a more realistic bonus structure.
The base salary isn't great, however once I build myself up you have the potential to make a decent amount of money. Might be a couple of years though.
There wouldn't be one major thing that I could identify as the worst thing about working for Sharp & Carter.

The culture within the company is fantastic. The culture within the office is also fantastic, we often have outings together and celebrate all successes as a team.
The best thing about working for Sharp & Carter is the culture. Everyone within the business is friendly and welcoming and are open to giving you their time to have a conversation.
The CBD office is 10/10. It is in a great central location, brand new building with some amazing facilities including a wellness centre, gym, restaurants, and large boardrooms."
