They are very accessible, and will always make time to support when needed. Even managers who do not directly manage me will make time for me. There is a big pool of great mentors here which has been amazing for my development both personally and professionally.

With the office being a open plan, it is quite accessible to contact leaders within the business. You are assigned a mentor outside your division as well which provides a great way to learn different techniques and viewpoints.
There is strong internal communication platforms such as Teams, newsletters and WhatsApp groups.

The managers are amazing at Sharp & Carter. They are really supportive and provide a lot of guidance to many team members within Sharp & Carter. They are very supportive, have great communication channels and provide very personalised feedback and recognition. Various meetings are booked and personalised.

Very satisfied, I don't work well when micro managed and my manager trust me to do the work and deliver when we need to. My manager is very accessible, even if they are not at work and on annual leave and I need them I can always get in contact with them.
