Culture at Sharp & Carter

The structure is relatively flat, I feel I can approach anyone. The culture in office is generally really good, the teams are all very encouraging and supportive cross functionally. It can be a bit cliquey at times but that is like any workplace.

The culture within the company is fantastic. The culture within the office is also fantastic, we often have outings together and celebrate all successes as a team. There is no hierarchy within the organisation, I mean obviously there is but it does not cause a drift or anything between the teams. Ad such, directors and partners sit with everyone and aren't separated. This is amazing, and influences teamwork and feeling less stressed and creates a great sense of team.

The culture in the business is one of the major keys for Sharp & Carter. The office culture is very balanced, everyone works hard and helps one another, celebrates each others achievements, collaborates and offers time to train invest in each person. Structure and hierarchy are quite minimal but do exist. Anyone can approach anyone no matter of level within the company and hold each other accountable for things. There are no individual offices and everyone works on the same open plan floor. There is also a good culture outside of the business, every attends one another's major events whether that be sport competitions or social gatherings. The business promotes and runs out of work social events such as month end catch ups and attending/competing in sporting events.

The culture at Sharp & Carter within office hours is amazing. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork and socialising amongst colleagues. There is a range of initiatives to bring the team together and they provide an uncommon care within the company. In regards to after hours, the team is very supportive and there are various social events to attend to.

In the office - awesome, every one gets along great and gels very well. After hours - great events, occasional drinks, incentive events etc.

Sharp & Carter is like a family. It rarely feels like there is a hierarchy. You can always have a conversation with people and know your speaking with like-minded others. Outside of work hours your team still feel like they are friends where you can get along and communicate, knowing your team members actually care. Staff are generous, caring and understanding.

Everyone in the company comes across as a good human being. All employees are easy to speak to, and are friendly. I receive random phone calls from people in my team who I don't usually work with just to see how I'm going and I have started to do the same. It is easy to speak with the entire team outside of the office as we all share common interests and can have a laugh together.

The structure of the company is free flowing there is no hierarchy, the partners are on the same level as grads and are very approachable. Each department work very close together and we all get along very well and there is a lovely culture of wellbeing and helping each other out.
