Pros and cons of working at Sharp & Carter

Pros

  • The culture is absolutely amazing at Sharp & Carter. Although I have only been with the company for a short amount of time, I have felt very welcomed by the kind and friendly team.

  • Very supportive team, flexible work arrangements, social events, opportunities for career progression.

  • The office is great and the location is central to everything. Nothing to complain about.

  • Managers are always accessible, some are good mentors, and they always praise the good work that you do.

  • Sharp & Carter is extremely accommodating with hours, as an intern they have been very flexible with my varied schedule.

Cons

    • As a graduate, it would be good to have a more tailored program and a more realistic bonus structure.

    • The base salary isn't great, however once I build myself up you have the potential to make a decent amount of money. Might be a couple of years though.

    • There wouldn't be one major thing that I could identify as the worst thing about working for Sharp & Carter.

    • KPIs.

    • The training is to be from people in your team as the online training is based on a finance and accounting structure.
