SYSTRA ANZ Graduate Program will be an intensive 18 months programs delivered by Engineers Australia with 4 x 6 months structured rotations covering a broad cross-section of our entire business; rail & metro, aviation, government, security & technology and road & bridges (project dependents).

My first rotation is in the Operations department. It is quite busy but offers a variety of challenges that I find engaging. There are no specific tasks that need to be completed every day, which allows for a dynamic and varied workload.

    • Not a very planned program. Not enough transparency in the program. Graduate's interest is not considered for rotations.

    • No growth for high-performance graduates

    • No worst thing, I really enjoy working at my company.
