I haven't come across this part yet, but from what I've seen, if you learn quickly enough and can take on more work and responsibilities, you'll have the chance to get promoted.

My first rotation is in the Operations department. It is quite busy but offers a variety of challenges that I find engaging. There are no specific tasks that need to be completed every day, which allows for a dynamic and varied workload.

My manager is very accessible and makes an excellent mentor. When assigning new tasks, he explains everything thoroughly, including what needs to be done and how he has handled similar tasks before. If I have any questions, I can easily reach out to him, and he provides constructive feedback to help me improve my performance. Additionally, he is proactive in giving praise and recognition, which motivates and encourages continuous improvement.

Our office location is very convenient, easily accessible by bus, train, and the metro (starting in August). The facilities are excellent, and the dress code is business casual.

I really like that the hiring process is very quick.

Competitive pay I'm not sure if there are any, but it would be good to have bonuses as incentives.

Soft skills Interpersonal skills, How to communicate with clients, Linkedin learning, Engineer Australia graduate course, Regular learning courses on various topics related to work are offered, Every few weeks, senior people give presentations explaining their areas of work to help us understand what each business unit in the company does.

Very flexible working environment

They encourage us to use uber green
