ABOUT OUR NEW ENERGY BUSINESS
Our New Energy business unit is growing rapidly, and we're looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our team. Our goal is to become the top renewable engineering and delivery contractor in the market, and we believe that our in-house engineering and design capabilities, combined with our expertise in project delivery and O&M, give us a strong competitive edge. We're actively pursuing project opportunities in Solar, BESS, and Wind, as well as hybrid fossil fuel generation, hydrogen, and ammonia projects.
UGL recruitment process is as follows:
Step 1: Apply to the advertisement with your updated Resume [ which should include details about your experience, qualifications and working rights ]
Step 2: Phone screening - if you are shortlisted you will receive a call from the Recruitment team.
Step 3: Shortlisted profiles are submitted to the Hiring Manager
Step 4: Interview scheduled with the Hiring Manager & Recruitment team.
Step 5: The finalised candidate will need to complete the due diligence which includes a reference check, medical clearance, documents check, and VEVO check for your working rights.
